Meet Your Instructor
I learned real estate from the ground up.
Over the past 14 years, my career has taken me through land development, residential construction, property management, real estate sales, brokerage operations, and now real estate education and mentorship. That experience has allowed me to see this industry from many different sides and, more importantly, understand how all of those pieces come together in practice.
After more than nine years as a full-time REALTOR® and now a Broker, I've reached a point in my career where I want to pass that practical knowledge on to other agents who want to become better at what they do.
I created my courses to help bridge the gap between becoming a licensed real estate agent and becoming a knowledgeable, competent and professional REALTOR® who actually knows how to do the job.
Getting licensed is the minimum requirement to being a REALTOR®, but becoming a great one takes much more. It comes from understanding the industry beyond the textbook, knowing what to look for, asking the right questions, navigating real transactions, solving problems, understanding your responsibilities to your clients, and learning how to handle the situations that don't always have an obvious answer.
My goal is to share the practical knowledge I've gained throughout my career in a way that's approachable, relevant and immediately useful—giving newer agents a stronger start and experienced REALTORS® an opportunity to sharpen their skills, fill in knowledge gaps and improve their real estate game.
After all, practice makes the professional.
